What we believe

Acting Faith Ministries is built on the unchanging Word of God. One of our main scriptures is Galatians 5:6 “Acting Faith”.

We believe that Jesus Christ is able and that He is at the centre of all his actions.

He is fully God, unchanging, and eternal. Every person and every created thing will pass away, but Jesus Christ and His Word will remain forever.

Our Beliefs

  1. God the Father

We believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of all things visible and invisible. He is eternal, having neither beginning nor end, and is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He is the Father of all who have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  1. Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God, co-equal with God the Father. He has existed from all eternity. He became man to redeem humanity, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, and lives forever. He is seated at the right hand of the Father in glory and power, interceding for us. Jesus Christ saves, heals, delivers, blesses, and gives eternal life. He will return to gather His Church, and we will be with Him in glory. We also believe that He will judge the living and the dead.

  1. The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person, not merely a force. He is God, equal with the Father and the lord Jesus. He empowers believers, works within the Church, convicts the world of sin, and manifests the presence and power of God in the lives of believers.

  1. The Trinity

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct yet one in essence, nature, and purpose.

  • God the Father – in whom all things are united.
  • God the Son – through whom all things are accomplished.
  • God the Holy Spirit – by whom all things are manifested.
  1. The Word of God

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is living and true, and every promise of God is fulfilled with complete accuracy. A life built on the Word of God is a life built on an unshakable foundation. We affirm the resurrection of the dead and the reality of eternal life.

  1. Miracles

We believe in miracles as the supernatural intervention of God in the affairs of humanity. Miracles are real and continue today, demonstrating the power of God beyond what science, medicine, technology, or philosophy can accomplish. Wherever Jesus is proclaimed in truth, extraordinary and visible manifestations of His power occur. As Jesus said in Mark 7:24-27, “Miracles are the children’s bread.”

Our Commitment

We exist to glorify God by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the Word with accuracy, and demonstrating faith in action through love and service. We are committed to living by faith, walking in obedience to God, and trusting Him in every season of life.
